1. About StellarCare NW Limited

StellarCare NW Limited is a UK-based care provider offering the following services to adults (18+) living in Cheshire and Chester:

2. Service Agreements

All care services must be arranged through our dedicated app and are subject to a formal care agreement. This agreement will be discussed and signed during the client registration process. Terms such as pricing, payment frequency, care schedules, and care requirements are outlined in this agreement and may vary by client.


3. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are determined on a case-by-case basis and may be charged on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis, depending on client needs. Payment terms, such as advance or post-service invoicing, are agreed upon in the care agreement.

Please note: Late fees or cancellation charges may apply in accordance with the terms outlined in each client’s individual agreement.


4. Website Use

You may access and use our website to learn about our services or submit enquiries via our contact form. We do not offer account registration or client logins via our website at this time.

While we aim to keep all website content accurate and up to date, the information is provided for general purposes only and may be subject to change.


5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a consistent and reliable care service. However, StellarCare NW Limited shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to staff illness, extreme weather, technical failures, or third-party app issues.


6. Termination of Services

Both the client and StellarCare NW Limited may terminate care services. Specific terms regarding notice periods and transition of care will be outlined in the individual care agreement.


7. Privacy and Data

We collect and use limited personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services or submitting information via our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.
